WEDDING VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS WEDDING VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of [Date],

2. SERVICES
2.1 Description. Vendor shall provide the following services for Client's wedding ("Event"): [Detailed description — e.g., photography: 8 hours coverage, 2 photographers, engagement session, online gallery; or floristry: bridal bouquet, 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 20 centerpieces, ceremony arch, etc.]

3. COMPENSATION

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
4.1 Cancellation by Client: (a) More than [180] days before Event: retainer forfeited, remaining payments refunded; (b) [90-180] days: [50]% of total fee due; (c) [30-90] days: [75]% due; (d) Less than [30] days: [100]% due.
4.2 Rescheduling. Client may reschedule once at no charge if: (a) new date is within [12] months; (b) Vendor is available; (c) request made at least [60] days before original date. Additional reschedules incur $[Amount] fee.
4.3 Cancellation by Vendor. If Vendor must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, Vendor shall: (a) provide a qualified replacement acceptable to Client; or (b) refund all payments in full.
5. VENDOR OBLIGATIONS
5.1 Professionalism. Vendor shall perform Services in a professional, courteous manner consistent with industry standards.
5.2 Equipment. Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment in good working order, with appropriate backups for critical equipment.
5.3 Insurance. Vendor shall maintain general liability insurance of at least $[1,000,000] and provide proof upon request.
5.4 Backup Plan. Vendor shall have contingency plans for equipment failure, illness, or emergency, including identification of qualified backup personnel.
5.5 Communication. Vendor shall respond to Client communications within [48] hours and attend [1-2] planning meetings prior to the Event.
6. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
6.1 Client shall: (a) provide accurate event details and timeline; (b) ensure Vendor has adequate space, access, and facilities; (c) designate a point of contact for the Event day; (d) inform Vendor of any venue restrictions; (e) make timely payments per Section 3; (f) provide a meal for Vendor if services exceed [5] hours.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IF APPLICABLE)
7.1 Photographer/Videographer: (a) Vendor retains copyright to all images/footage; (b) Client receives a non-exclusive license for personal use (printing, sharing, social media); (c) Vendor may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing with Client's consent; (d) Client shall not edit, filter, or alter images for public display without permission.
7.2 Other Vendors: All creative designs, concepts, and proprietary methods remain Vendor's intellectual property.
8. LIABILITY
8.1 Vendor's total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid under this Agreement.
8.2 Vendor shall not be liable for: (a) delays caused by Client, venue, or other vendors; (b) unfavorable weather conditions; (c) limitations imposed by the venue; (d) actions of guests.
8.3 Client shall indemnify Vendor from claims arising from the Event not caused by Vendor's negligence.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, pandemic, government order, venue closure, severe weather). Both Parties shall make good-faith efforts to reschedule.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State/Jurisdiction].
10.2 Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [County], [State].
11. SEVERABILITY
11.1 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
