COHABITATION AGREEMENT (LIVING TOGETHER AGREEMENT)
THIS AGREEMENT is made on [Date],
BETWEEN:
[Party A Name], residing at [Party A Address] ("Party A");
AND
[Party B Name], residing at [Party B Address] ("Party B").
WHEREAS
- Party A and Party B (together, the "Parties") are planning to live together at [Shared Address] (the "Home");
- The Parties wish to set out their respective rights and responsibilities regarding their living arrangements, property, finances, and other matters during their cohabitation and if their cohabitation ends.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings set forth below, the Parties agree as follows:
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Cohabitation" means the period during which the Parties live together in a domestic relationship at the Home.
1.2 "Separate Property" means all property, assets, and debts owned by a Party before the start of Cohabitation or acquired individually during Cohabitation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. LIVING ARRANGEMENTS
2.1 The Parties will live together at [Shared Address] commencing on or about [Move-in Date].
2.2 Each Party shall have the right to privacy, respect, and peaceful enjoyment of the Home.
3. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
3.1 Household Expenses:
The Parties agree to share household expenses as follows:

3.2 Bank Accounts:

8. SEVERABILITY
8.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties regarding their Cohabitation and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Law State/Country].
