SALES CONTRACT / AGREEMENT OF SALE
THIS AGREEMENT is made on [Date],
BETWEEN:

RECITALS
WHEREAS, Seller is the lawful owner of the goods described below and desires to sell such goods to Buyer;
AND WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase the goods from Seller under the terms and conditions set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Goods" means the items described in Section 2 of this Agreement.
2. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
2.1 The goods to be sold under this Agreement are as follows:

7. INSPECTION

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

12. AMENDMENTS

13. GOVERNING LAW

14. SEVERABILITY
