FREELANCE WEB DEVELOPER CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT is made on [Date],
BETWEEN:

Background
WHEREAS, the Client wishes to engage the Developer to provide web development services;
AND WHEREAS, the Developer agrees to provide such services under the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Scope of Work
1.1 The Developer shall provide the following services to the Client:

1.2 Any changes to the Scope of Work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Project Timeline
