INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made on [Date],
BETWEEN:
[Company Name], a company organized and existing under the laws of [State/Country], with its principal place of business at [Company Address] ("Company");
AND

WHEREAS
- The Company wishes to provide the Intern with practical work experience in [Field/Industry]; and
- The Intern wishes to gain such experience through an internship with the Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. INTERNSHIP POSITION
1.1 The Company agrees to engage the Intern in the position of [Internship Title/Position].
1.2 The internship will commence on [Start Date] and end on [End Date], unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

7. TERMINATION
7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving [Notice Period Days] days’ written notice to the other party.
7.2 The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately for misconduct, breach of this Agreement, or failure to perform duties.
8. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship between the Company and the Intern.
8.2 The Intern is not entitled to employment at the conclusion of the internship.
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Law State/Country].
10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
10.2 Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
10.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
