ROOMMATE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on [Date], BETWEEN:

WHEREAS

The Roommates intend to share the residence located at [Rental Address] (the "Premises").
The Roommates wish to set forth their rights and responsibilities regarding the shared living arrangement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Roommates agree as follows:

1. TERM

1.1. This Agreement will begin on [Start Date] and will continue:

2. RENT AND UTILITIES

7. PETS

10. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

11. LEASE OBLIGATIONS

11.1. This Agreement does not replace or modify the terms of the master lease with the Landlord.

11.2. All Roommates agree to comply with the terms of the lease and all applicable laws and regulations.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. The Roommates agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through discussion.

12.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Roommates may seek mediation before pursuing legal remedies.

13. AMENDMENTS

13.1. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by all Roommates.

14. GOVERNING LAW

14.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Governing Law State/Country].

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
